Thousands of people on 5 continents have attended the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) training over the past 10 years and have been radically changed for the better by uncovering reactive patterns and transforming them into conscious ways of being.
This powerful training is being held for the second time in Italy. You are invited to unfold your potential with international facilitators.
How do you know it is transformational & universal?
Thousands of people have gone through this training worldwide, the individuals cover a wide age range from 18 to 80, varied backgrounds, all sexual orientations, those who are gender fluid or trans, differing professions from students, artists, surgeons, people from many different religions, races and nationalities. As this weeklong is a journey through life’s core experiences and wounds, it is universal. It touches and can affect individuals of any age, background, race etc, if you choose to allow and if you are open to receive the wisdom and gifts.
What is the training about?
This retreat focuses on clearing the physical and emotional body of shame, guilt and fear related to sexuality and authenticity. The deeper transformation comes from reconnecting to your personal power, exploring sexuality is a fast path to encountering our own power challenges and gifts.
This is done through multiple pathways using the best of the ancient temple arts including Tantra, Taoist and Shamanic traditions and adding to this more modern day NLP, bioenergetics, guided visualization, emotional release, Kundalini activation, energy tracking, conscious touch and consent skills. The list above are just a few of the practices we use to dive deep into the inner realms. The inner masculine and inner feminine archetypes are explored because when they are fully integrated a door opens to a deeper knowing of the Self as whole and complete.
A note on Masculine & Feminine
Please don’t perceive that our use of the terms masculine and feminine is an indicator that ISTA operates from place of duality and gender separation. We do not, far from it we realise that we are all masculine and feminine regardless of our physical form. We use this terminology as it is an effective model for understanding the different energies or qualities that each if us is made up of. They do not translate to men and women or male and female.

Three skilled Temple Arts Faculty all international teachers in their own right will share, inspire, guide and support you to bring light to the shadows where our power awaits to be reclaimed. You will receive information, guidance and lots of experiential practice around self love, boundaries and consent, emotional release, voice dialogue, neurological reprogramming, Orgasmic Yoga, learning to work with shamanic energy, owning one’s desires and the ability to manifest, accessing and speaking from your contra-sexual self (i.e gender opposite), conscious communication, Transformational Shamanic Breathwork, ancient temple arts rituals of healing/initiation and a powerful sexual clearing and activation processes. The ISTA facilitators are looking forward to meeting you in Love, Power, and Freedom.
Supportive Group Process
This event unfolds within a powerful group process based on safety, trust, unconditional love, intimacy and acceptance of what is arising. By the end of this event, you will feel more in touch with your body, more aliveness and presence, more aware of your patterns and have some skills as to how to change them, more awareness of your emotions and how to hold them, lighter and perhaps more relaxed. You will be more in touch with effortless flow of life, no matter what it looks like.
Who takes this training?
Some people take this training for their own personal evolution, to gain a deeper self-connection and to enrich their relationships and empower their lives. Others are interested in exploring how it will add to their own professional life, whatever that may be, and some are interested in the professions of Sacred Sexual Practitioner or Sexuality Educator.
Attendees include those from the various spiritual paths and the sexual paths of celibacy, monogamy, and polyamory.
Couples, individuals and relationship groups of any formation are welcome, as are individuals of any sexual orientation and gender identity. The greater mix of prior experiences the richer the training! If it is your truth, it is possible to complete the entire training/experience without touching another person.

We are so often at the precipice of something we have wanted to do, embody or achieve….and we remain at the proverbial cafe, sipping tea, peering over the edge looking at the unknown water below, searching with our mind for the answers. Of course, the mind has no real answers. And so we are afraid. We may let our feet leave the ground, but more often than not we return to our comfort zone…because we are too afraid to feel the pain…really feel it all the way…and enter the gateway of new possibilities. What if you could jump when your being, your heart, your spirit knew it was time to change? In this training you will come to a point where you can choose, completely and resolutely, without reservation, to fling yourself off the rock…..and transform your life. What’s your edge? Any pre-requisites?
No prior knowledge of shamanism or sacred sexuality is necessary to attend this retreat. Those with previous experience are warmly welcomed, as they add to the power of the field.
What will I have to do?
You are always at choice and the facilitators will help you navigate what is authentic for you. Nudity and intimate touch are optional parts of this training. The cornerstone of this work is about consent, developing healthy boundaries and communication.
What happens during the training?
ISTA Level 1 is a container that will allow, invite and offer you:
• To stop, feel and take a look at yourself in a whole new way, irrespective of your life situation. This is an opportunity to wake up to your life
• To take risks, meet and explore your edges in a safe container.
• Essential life skills we all should have received as teenagers.
• A space for you to see, show and live from the you that lies beneath the mask. You will see more clearly where you are operating from ego, belief patterns of others and society.
• A reflection of where your inner masculine and inner feminine are immature, unhealthy or where they are at war and it will guide you to bring them back towards union, love and integration. This is huge! See “A note on Masculine & Feminine” above on how we use the terms Masculine and Feminine.
• A space to reconnect to, master and to learn to love your emotional body and heart power, as well as your physical self.
• A reference point of your glorious energy being and share skills as to how to dance with this energy body alongside your physical body.
• The opportunity to to seek wisdom from your body and heart, instead of your mind.
• Powerful opportunities for healing core wounds.
• To remember how to love yourself, to feel the healing power of pleasure and it will offer you ways to expand your sexuality and orgasmic potential.
• To see and deeply understand that sexuality and spirituality are one.
• Opportunities for deep healing around lost love, sexuality, grief, self love and mother and father wounds.
• To shine a light on places where culture, religion and society has kept us from expressing who we really are.
• To take part in powerful rituals that can bring deep healing and power reclamation.

Healthy, nutritious vegetarian food with lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegan options can be made available to support the work that we are doing. Wherever possible, we strive to use the most natural ingredients available, with an emphasis on sustainability, organic produce, and local sourcing.
All accommodation is on sharing basis or in dorms. Limited number of single room options are available for an additional amount.
Refund policy
A commitment to the Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Experience is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to this training, it is no accident. If for some reason you become unable to attend, an admin fee of 200 E will be withheld and the rest of the deposit amount is transferable to another ISTA training.

Location
Borgo Paola is in Pisciarelli, a small village near Bracciano, 40 km from Rome and it is bordered by the beautiful forest of the Orsini-Odescalchi’s Castle. An ideal location that is suitable for cdeep transformational work. Behind a large, lush park, the venue offers a beautiful swimming pool for the summer, a bioenergetic garden and an amphitheater for shows and events, as well as two large rooms for groups and initiatives. Very close to Rome, therma and the see.
How to get there?
Borgo Paola is about 30 km from Rome and about 45 km from Fiumicino – Leonardo da Vinci International Airport.
-By car from Rome : You can either take the Aurelia state motorway and turn off at the junction for Bracciano, or the Cassia state motorway and follow the signs for the lake, or even the Cassia Veientana that you take from the Grande Raccordo Anulare, direction Viterbo.
– By train from Rome: about a one-hour journey from Roma Ostiense station, stop at Bracciano.

Komala Lyra
Komala’s life has been adventurous, living & learning around the planet, sharing Ayurveda-Yoga-Tantra as one path.

In a spontaneous and intuitive way, she invites daring to move beyond limitations, touching the space of freedom where love is our nature… Her unique presentations awaken core life force, and activate essential power.
Her gifts embrace refined skills, sharp intuition, clarity, gentleness, and mystical experiential resources. She invites intimacy with ourselves, while igniting awareness in all aspects of relating. Komala has over 30 years experience offering workshops, retreats and educational programs internationally. She is the creator of Ayurveda Mandala and Ayurveda-Yoga-Tantra programs, has authored several books, is a professional member of NAMA (National Ayurveda Medical Association, USA), certified Panchakarma educator by the Ayurveda Institute (Albuquerque, NM, USA), has been part of Osho Multiversity and Mystery School faculty (in India and USA) for over 15 years.

Raffaello Manacorda
Raffaello Manacorda is an international Tantra teacher, Yoga instructor and Daka. He has been practicing Tantra for more than 15 years and has undergone intensive training in several styles of Yoga. After completing a master’s degree in Philosophy, Raffaello decided to spend more than twelve years living in alternative communities and experimenting with radically alternative lifestyles. It was in this wild years that he first encountered Tantra, the “rebel way to Spirit”, and got fascinated with it. This developed into a life-long practice, first on a solo journey, then studying Tantra and Yoga in some of the best worldwide schools. Raffa is proud to have joined the ISTA family and excited to share his gifts in this transformational field.
Raffaello is the creator of The Network of Love, a unique workshop on relationships, love, and sexuality. In 2016, he published “Conscious Relationships, The Art of Bringing Awareness to Intimacy & Sexuality”, a practical guide to evolved intimate relationships.

Frank Mondeose

Questo ritiro si concentra sulla purificazione del corpo, sia a livello fisico, sia emotivo e spirituale. Ci si libera così dalla vergogna, dalla colpa e dalla paura legati alla sessualità e all’autenticità. La trasformazione più profonda avviene grazie alla riconessione con il proprio potere personale, all’esplorazione della sessualità che è un percorso diretto per andare al centro di tutte le proprie sfide interne e delle nostre qualità non espresse.
Questa esplorazione è effettuata attraverso molteplici percorsi utilizzando le artiche arti del tempio, con l’aggiunta della saggezza delle arti Tantriche, Taoiste e Sciamaniche, in abbinamento alle più moderne tecniche di NLP, bioenergetica, visualizzazioni guidate, Espressione delle emozioni, attivazioni della Kundalini, massaggio energetico, tocco consapevole e capacità di creare consenso. La lista precedente include solo alcune delle pratiche che si utilizziamo per entrare nel profondo del nostro mondo interiore. Gli archetipi presenti dentro di noi, maschili e femminili, vengono esplorati e liberati. Riceverai informazioni, guida e un sacco di pratiche sperimentali riguardanti l’amore per se stessi, i limiti ed il consenso da riservare agli altri, la liberazione emotiva, i dialoghi interni, la riprogrammazione neurologica, lo Yoga Orgasmico, imparando a lavorare con l’energia sciamanica, ri-impossessqndosi dei propri desideri e l’abilità di mostrarli e condividerli; accedere e parlare del proprio contra-sessuale (ad esempio il genere opposto), comunicazioni consapevoli, Respirazione Trasformazionale Sciamanica, rituali antichi dell’arte del tempio per la guarigione e l’iniziazione ed un forte processo di compensazione ed attivazione sessuale. Gli insegnanti ISTA non vedono l’ora di incontrarti in Amore, Potere e Libertà.
Processo di Gruppo
Questo evento avviene all’interno di un forte processo di gruppo basato sulla sicurezza, sulla fiducia, sull’amore incondizionato, sull’intimità e sull’accettazione di quel che emerge. Alla fine di quest’evento ti sentirai più in contatto con il tuo corpo, più vivo e presente, più consapevole dei tuoi schemi e con qualche abilità per cambiarli, avrai più consapevolezza delle tue emozioni e di come mantenerle più leggere e rilassate.

ISTA Livello 1 è un container che ti permetterà, inviterà e offrirà:
• Fermarti, sentire e guardare a te stesso in un modo completamente nuovo, indipendentemente dalla tua situazione di vita. È un’opportunità per svegliarti dentro la tua vita.
• Rischiare, incontrare ed esplorare i tuoi confini in un container sicuro.
• Educazione alla sessualità ed alla vita essenziali che dovremmo aver ricevuto tutti da adolescenti.
• Uno spazio sicuro per te, per vedere, mostrare e vivere l’affettività senza il bisogno di indossare alcuna maschera.
• Vedrai maggiormente dove stai agendo d’ego, gli schemi di opinione degli altri e della società.
• Farai una profonda riflessione su dove il tuo maschile e femminile è immaturo, non sano o dove essi combattono e verrai guidato a farli tornare uniti, verso l’amore e l’integrazione. Questo è un passo enorme! Vedi “appunto su Maschile e Femminile” per capire come utilizziamo questi due termini.
• Uno spazio per riconnetterti, padroneggiare ed imparare ad amare il lato emotivo del tuo corpo ed il potere del tuo cuore, così come il tuo lato fisico.
• Ti ancorerai nella tua energia più profonda ed imparerai a ballare con questo il tuo corpo energico accanto al tuo corpo fisico.
• Incontrerai l’opportunità di cercare la saggezza nel tuo corpo e nel tuo cuore, invece che nella tua mente.
• Forti opportunità per guarire dalle grandi sofferenze.
